The Neuschwanstein castle was the charming background to the presentation of the Liqui Moly Team Engstler's FIA WTCC programme, last weekend in Germany.
"It was a conscious choice, because for the whole team the launch of the WTCC programme was a fary tale that became true," team manager Kurt Treml commented.
The team's plans to enter in the WTCC were meticulously built, step by step on the technology of the BMW 320si car, on the crew's motivation and know-how, on the experience and ambitions of the drivers Franz Engstler and Andrey Romanov, and on the enthusiastic support of the main sponsor Liqui Moly and the other partners.
"We must be very grateful to them, because without their support this dream could not have been realised," Engstler said.
